3. Personal data is processed to ensure delivery, process payments, and enable necessary communication between parties for the period required by applicable regulations. Personal data will not be published or transferred to other countries.

The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:

1. To register the Buyer on the laznicka-art.com website under Article 13(1)(a) of the Act.

2. To handle the Buyer's electronic order (name, address, email, phone number).

3. To fulfill rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Controller.

4. Providing personal data is a mandatory requirement to fulfill the Purchase Agreement. Without providing this data, it is impossible to conclude the agreement.

Personal data will be processed for an indefinite period. Data may be processed electronically (automated) or in physical form (non-automated).

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

Third-party recipients include subcontractors essential for fulfilling the Purchase Agreement and electronic orders:

• Webnode AG (e-shop system provider);
• Czech Post, s.p. or another selected delivery service provider;
• Google Analytics (website analytics).

Buyer's Rights

Under the Act, the Buyer has the following rights:

1. Access to their personal data;
2. Correction of personal data;
3. Erasure of personal data;
4. Objection to processing;
5. Data portability;
6. Withdrawal of consent for data processing, which can be done in writing or via email at laznicka.art@gmail.com;
7. Submission of a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection if the Buyer believes their rights have been violated.

Data Security

1. The Controller declares that all appropriate technical and organizational measures have been taken to secure the Buyer's personal data.

2. Technical measures include secure access to data storage systems via passwords, antivirus software, and regular system maintenance.

Final Provisions

1. By submitting an electronic order on laznicka-art.com, the Buyer acknowledges and fully accepts these Privacy Policy terms.

2. The Buyer agrees to these terms by checking the appropriate box during the ordering process.

3. The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The updated version will be published on the laznicka-art.com website.
